Best p2p softwares for File sharing

Peer to peer softwares are the most popular way of downloading large data from the internet. In a p2p architecture you download files not from a big server consisting of million files and thousand users requestng it, But a group of peers just like you. In return you should also share those files which you have downloaded from other peers.
Why p2p architecture?

The question arises that why you should go for p2p softwares when you can download from rapidshare, megaupload and others and what is the difference between the two.
The problem arises in a server client architecture like RapidShare when many a thousand clients request for a same file. There is a severe load on server to transfer all files to all those clients and a high usage of bandwith on server side. If the server can't accomodate so many connections then it will simply start refusing them.
On the other hand in a p2p environment a client can request same file from many different peers. Downloading speed increases drastically and there is no load centralized system. A peer can start transferring file as soon as it gets one. So there will be no wastage of bandwith and problem of load on a single server.
Following are the best p2p softwares available

LimeWire
LimeWire is the world's fastest P2P file-sharing application for all types of computer files, including music, video, pictures, games, and text documents.
